Professional Development Specialist, has many years of experience in working with Individuals, Small Business as well as Boards of Directors.  With a focus to assist individuals and organization in developing solutions to their needs, we are dedicated to help people make a positive difference in their lives.

Margaret has worked with individuals and organizations to assist them in completing their projects, enhance their performance and improve their skills to achieve a more profitable future, personal balance and fulfillment.

 She is a graduate of CoachU, past Director of the Tampa Bay Professional Coach Association.  Margaret has been coaching for more than 15 years and has a wide variety of clients: corporate clients, entrepreneurs, small business owners and individuals who just want to improve their quality of life.

 Margaret is a facilitator and trainer utilizing many of the Inscape Publishing Company products such as  DiSC Personal Profile, Time Management Profile.  She facilitates Stress Relief program based HeartMath processes and has developed her own seminars on professionalism, communication skills and dressing for success.

Margaret has a Master Certificate of Applied Project Management from Villanova University, one of the top schools in the country in project management education.  She is past-president of the Board of Directors of her homeowners association, Westchester Shores Homeowners Association, she was the project manager of their $2.4 million construction renovation.  This project began in the fall of 2002 and was completed by late 2005.

Women for Women International - sponsor of the development of women in various areas of the world.  Current "sister" is located in Afghanistan and the previous "sister" in Nigeria.  

And a volunteer for various community events such as the Clearwater Jazz Festival, Art Harvest and others.
